On 1st July, 2007 the western routeway of Shenzhen Bay was official open to the traffic. Chairman Hu Jintao personally attended this grand ceremony.
Western routeway is made up of 3 parts:Highway Bridge of Shenzhen Bay,Shenzhen Bay port project and Shenzhen both-sides connection project.
Highway bridge of Shenzhen Bay is the first single tower and single cable birdge in our country.the total lenth is 5545m and width is 38.6m.it is a highway over sea.
As the first large cross-boundary infrastructure project, Western routeway is the only highway connecting Hongkong in national main highway net.so the fiber modem and serial convertrs which are the core of data communication show their importance.fortunately,our RS-485/422 multimode fiber modem and RS-232/485 serial converters are applied in this projects both and play their important roles in data transmission.
